How is LADER different from other event platforms?

LADER is purpose built for pickleball. Other platforms handle a registration and a booking; LADER understands pools, ties, ladders and rest time, allocates every court for you, and is an official DUPR partner so ratings flow automatically. When the day changes, the schedule re-solves instead of being rebuilt by hand.

What types of sessions and events can we run?

Tournaments (singles, doubles, mixed), leagues, ladders, round robins and social sessions. For tournaments and leagues you can also build your own team tie format, set by set.

How long does it take to set up our first event?

Most organizers launch their first event in under 30 minutes. Registration, payments, draws and live scoring are ready out of the box.

Does the Court Allocator handle late changes?

Yes. Withdrawals, rain delays and courts going offline are all handled. Re-run the allocator and the remaining schedule re-optimises around what has already been played.

Is the DUPR integration official?

Yes. LADER is an official DUPR partner and submits results through the DUPR API, so there are no CSV exports or manual uploads.

Can multiple team members have different access levels?

Yes. Invite co-organizers, referees and volunteers with role based permissions.

What does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Subscriptions start at $35 per month, and there is a tournament only option with no subscription at all. New clubs get a free 1 month trial.

What counts as a session?

A session is one dated occasion: a club night, a social, or a single round of a league. A full league season is made up of multiple sessions. Tournaments are never counted as sessions and never need a subscription.

How tournaments are funded

Tournaments are funded by the players, not the organiser. A $2.50 platform fee is added to each player registration, so you can run an event of any size without paying us anything up front.
